For sale is a used high-speed machining center from the manufacturer MIKRON.
High-precision CNC machining center from Mikron / GF AgieCharmilles, designed for demanding HSC machining in toolmaking, graphite and electrode machining, as well as for flexible series production.
Additionally equipped with APS (Advanced Process System) and ITC (Intelligent Thermal Control) for maximum process reliability and thermal stability.
At “Der Spindel Doctor”, a Step-Tec spindle (a key component of the machining center) was professionally overhauled (report and invoice included) and put back into operation after balancing and inspection.
The machine will be completely set up and tested according to the Mikron protocol.
During the machine inspection, many wear parts were replaced:
X-axis encoder and scale, pneumatic cylinders on the tool changer, tool holders, pneumatic maintenance unit, pneumatic hoses, MMS hoses, water hoses, etc.

The machine is energized and can be inspected and tested.
