The Miltenyi Biotec CliniMacs Plus Instrument P/N 44085 is a cell separation system designed for clinical-scale enrichment of target cells or depletion of unwanted cells from blood products. It automates cell separation in a sterile system, enabling the separation of target cells from unwanted cells and collecting the fractions in different bags. The system is widely applicable in regenerative medicine, adoptive immunotherapy, and graft engineering. It magnetically labels cells in the Cell Preparation Bag and separates them, providing high purity and excellent yield. With optimized protocols, the system combines reproducibility with ease of use.
