Economical production of straight-toothed bevel gears – both in single units and in series: The SW KF 250 is based on the proven cast iron bed of the Chemnitzer Modul ZFTK 250 and is completely rebuilt by Serwema Retrofit Solutions, with Siemens Sinumerik ONE, digital Sinamics S120 drives, and an electronic worm gear between the workpiece and weighing drive. The machine mills using the convoid process, a universal and highly economical process for straight-toothed bevel gears, as well as producing herringbone gears and spur couplings. Application areas: agricultural machinery, gearbox construction, drive technology, railways and mining – anywhere where straight-toothed bevel gears up to 250 mm are required and new machines are hardly offered. Delivery time is five to six months from order, with acceptance testing in Chemnitz together with you.

The SerWeMa gear cutting software guides the operator through workpiece and tool data using masks, without the need for programming. Integrated technology cycles: plunging, rolling, plunging and rolling, and plunging with double rollers. Engagement angles from 14 to 28° can be freely selected, and the number of teeth can range from 6 to 100. The stiff, ribbed cast iron bed provides the static and dynamic rigidity for bevel gears up to module 7 with a tooth width of 40 mm; the hydraulic and coolant unit is integrated into the bed, with components from Rexroth, Parker and Hydac, and pulse lubrication from Bielomatik. All worm gears are newly manufactured in bronze.

Scope of supply: complete electrical equipment with Siemens Sinumerik ONE and Sinamics S120, climate-controlled control cabinet manufactured in-house, dialog software, all worm gears in bronze, magnetic chip conveyor, circulation and pulse lubrication, hydraulic unit, coolant system, new paint RAL 5015/7035, geometric acceptance test according to SerWeMa protocol based on DIN standards, documentation (operating manual, electrical diagrams with parts lists, hydraulic and lubrication diagram), CE marking.
