General presentation
The FGRi150 Coupole Mosaïque is a hybrid wood & gas rotary oven intended for pizzerias, Italian restaurants, franchises, and catering establishments that want to combine high cooking capacity with an elegant presentation. With its Mosaic Dome finish, it is suitable for locations where the oven is visible and contributes to the image of the concept, while maintaining the performance of the largest FGRi format.

Why this model stands out
This oven cooks 14 pizzas Ø 30 cm and achieves a stated production of 240 pizzas/h. It can operate on wood alone, gas alone, or in a combined wood + gas mode. Its gas-heated, motorized rotating hearth, with variable speed and direction, helps to distribute cooking over a large surface area. The two independent burners, dedicated to the vault and the rotating cooking surface, promote thermal stability when batches are cooked consecutively.
