This plotter is based on the bestselling Mutoh ValueJet 1638UR LED-UV model. By combining Japanese and Italian technologies, a compact plotter with great capabilities has been created. The machine is equipped with a heavy table with a conveyor belt and a very powerful vacuum system. Thanks to its robust construction, we can print materials weighing up to 100kg/m² and of unlimited length and height, up to over 200 millimeters in standard configuration! Undoubtedly, thanks to such a large clearance, the plotter offers enormous possibilities for printing on finished products.

The Mutoh SmartColor H200 is a 2-head piezo LED-UV printer with a working width of 1.62 m. In addition to CMYK colors, it also features white and varnish. This configuration allows for multi-layer printing in a single pass (simultaneous printing). This provides significantly greater capabilities compared to conventional "eco" printers and competing solutions.

The plotter is operated with dedicated software.

The plotter can print on black, colored, metallic, fluorescent, reflective, transparent, and other materials. Of course, it can also handle conventional media such as papers, white films, banners, canvases, wallpapers, coated and uncoated materials. The low ink curing temperature allows for the use of heat-sensitive media, such as thin films. Furthermore, the print is immediately dry and ready for further processing, assembly, or shipping.

The new LED VJ-UA31 inks do not emit volatile organic compounds (0% VOC), meaning the device can be used in an office setting without additional filtration or air exchange – something that cannot be said about competing LED technologies. The inks are also flexible and resistant to cracking, bending, etc.

The Mutoh SmartColor allows for printing in several new modes, such as 2xWHITE + 2xVARNISH + CMYK + 2xVARNISH, allowing for spectacularly enhanced prints with a thick varnish. Thanks to multiple layers, it is also possible to print increasingly popular "day-night" applications. The possibilities of using white ink, whether as an undercoat, overcoat, or simply printing on colored media, do not need to be explained to anyone!

Inks in 1000 ml bags (CMYK and varnish) and 500 ml (white) installed in the following combination: CMYK + 2 x white + 2 x varnish.

The plotter has been used to print approximately 900 m². It is in 100% working order and ready for use. At the time of sale, a service technician will perform an inspection and eliminate any potential defects at the seller's expense.

The machine is currently cleaned and preserved. Re-commissioning requires refilling with inks.
