The washing machine features two cycles: main wash and rinse.

This washer is equipped with one laundry compartment utilizing a circulation pump spray system and a rinse section. Containers requiring cleaning are processed via a chain conveyor that feeds them through the compartment. During the main wash cycle, wash water is drawn from the pumping tank by a centrifugal pump and delivered through a piping and spray system over the container, ensuring thorough internal cleaning.

Disinfection can also be achieved either by heating the water above 82°C or by dosing disinfectant into the rinse water. The wash water is heated via a central heating system (95/80ºC, supplied externally) and tightly controlled to within 0.1ºC by a digital temperature controller. The intensity depends on contamination levels.

Excess fats and proteins are removed by means of the pump using the overflow principle.
