Machine has been upgraded to the newer type CELOX in 2016

The order is based on the following specifications

Ambient temperature ± 5 – 25 ºC.

Product Clean, washed carrots

Capacity: 8 to 10 tons per hour, depending on the batch

(quality and sorting)

Product foreign materials The Celox cannot detect foreign materials such as glass,

wood, stones etc.

Functionality:

Length: +/- 3mm (less than 1% errors)

Diameter: +/- 1mm (less than 1% errors)

broken: 60-65% is removed (on "normal" broken carrots) there will be 5-6% good

carrots among the errors

C/S shape: 85-90% is removed. There will be 3-4% good carrots among the errors

Volume: +/- 5%

-Incl. conversion of complete camera unit to new version

-9 Cameras with 8 megapixel resolution (current 2 magapixel)

Cameras look at the carrots from above and below at an angle
