• Press table dimensions:ca. 3450 mm long × 1450 mm wide.
• Bonding area (electrode area): 3000 mm long × 1300 mm wide.
• Maximum workpiece thickness: 130 mm.
• The top pressure is provided by 8 hydraulic cylinders with Ø50 mm bore, arranged in two rows.
• Side pressure is provided by 24 hydraulic cylinders with Ø50 mm bore, arranged in one row at 144 mm centers. This cylinder arrangement is required to achieve maximum pressure over the entire 130 mm glue line thickness and 3450 mm length.
• Side pressure is continuously adjustable.
• Recommended side pressure:
o Softwood: 18–20 kp/cm²
o Hardwood: 20–23 kp/cm²
• The hydraulic power unit is equipped with a variable-displacement axial piston pump.
• Maximum hydraulic pressure: 200 bar.
• The PP sheet covering the press table is replaceable. It protects the expensive aluminum electrode from wear and significantly reduces cleaning time.
• The press is suitable for producing laminated timber panels up to 6000 mm long in two pressing cycles.
• Motorized loading table with a usable length of 3000 mm, providing easy material handling.
• The loading table is equipped with rollers spaced at 250 mm intervals.
• The loading table incorporates 4 transverse chain conveyors. During transverse material transfer, their upper level is raised to the roller level by 6 pneumatic cylinders.
• The guide rails and drive for the transfer carriage are located above the loading table.
• The steel unloading table has a length of 3000 mm.
• The unloading table is equipped with rollers spaced at 300 mm intervals.
• Material flow is from left to right. The loading table is located on the left side of the press, while the unloading table is located on the right side.
• The conveyor-type glue applicator is positioned before the loading table. Conveyor width: 250 mm. Infeed section: 1500 mm long. Outfeed section: 3500 mm long. The glue applicator includes a removable glue reservoir.
• A limit switch is installed at the end of the conveyor to prevent workpieces from falling off.
• A movable roller table is positioned before the conveyor for applying adhesive to long workpieces.

• RF Generator and Electrical Specifications
• The integrated 30 kW radio-frequency (RF) generator is capable of curing approximately 2 m² of glued surface per minute when using PVA adhesive and timber with a moisture content of 6–8%.
• The RF generator is easily tuned using an adjustable vacuum capacitor.
• Power supply: 3 × 400 V, approximately 45 A.
• The anode main switch and the control system main switch are located at the front of the press for easy access.

Press Control, Monitoring, Operating Cycles and Safety Features
• The control panel includes an anode current meter, grid current meter, glue curing timer, cycle indicator lights, press control buttons, fault indicator lamps, and an audible alarm.
• The press closes in manual mode using a two-hand safety control system.
• Equipped with an emergency stop safety system.
• The press door includes an alignment cycle to assist in positioning the timber before pressing.
