We offer a complete NIRO-TECH technological line, which includes:

N-type immersion scalding machine with ejector – The NIRO-TECH immersion scalder is designed for scalding items up to 300 kg. It also features automatic item ejection after the scalding process.

NIRO-TECH gate-type hair removal machine -gantry dehairer is used to remove bristles from carcasses after the scalding process.

Operating Principle: The carcass falls from the scalder onto the dehairing bed, where a rotating shaft equipped with scraper arms removes the bristles. A water spray allows for thorough cleaning and facilitates removal of the bristles into the tub. The carcass is ejected from the dehairing unit by automatically opening a gate using pneumatic actuators. The device is synchronized with the scalder. The entire unit is made of stainless steel.
