The professional Roll-In freezer cabinet from the renowned NordCap brand is a top-class industrial refrigeration unit designed to optimize technological processes in bakeries, confectionery shops, and food processing and catering facilities. Thanks to its unique floorless design with a low-profile ramp, the cabinet allows a whole transport trolley filled with trays or catering containers to be directly driven inside. This eliminates the need for tedious manual reloading of products, which not only drastically reduces the work time for personnel but also prevents unwanted warming of the frozen product during in-house logistics.

The unit operates in a stable, deep freezing range from -15°C to -20°C, controlled by an advanced microprocessor-based digital controller with a HACCP function. This system continuously monitors the refrigeration parameters, guaranteeing the complete safety of stored semi-finished products, bakery mixes, or ready-to-eat products. The installed refrigeration system is based on the modern R452A refrigerant and is characterized by high energy efficiency (power consumption is only 0.85 kW) while maintaining a significant refrigeration capacity.

The NordCap cabinet was manufactured to the highest, 5th climate class. This means that the unit maintains full efficiency and thermal stability of the chamber even in extremely difficult environmental conditions – for example, in the immediate vicinity of bakery ovens or in poorly ventilated washing-up rooms. Integrated, internal plastic bumpers protect the walls from impact by the trolley during maneuvering, guaranteeing long-term, trouble-free operation in multi-shift mode.
