BROWARY & DISTILLERIES Sp. z o.o. has been providing professional consulting, design, and implementation of beer and distillate production lines for many years. We produce private label products for our clients and automated drink dispensing systems.

Our company’s strength lies in our highly qualified and experienced team of engineers, enabling us to offer comprehensive turnkey project execution. To date, we have designed and commissioned 28 craft breweries and 3 craft distilleries in Poland, produced over 200 private label craft alcohol brands for our clients, and installed 30 DRINK WALL automated drink dispensing systems in hotels and restaurants.

We are pleased to offer you a used SALM brewpub brewery. Since 1924, SALM has been producing complete brewing systems. This brewery was manufactured in 2023 for a client in Bucharest and has only brewed 5 batches to date, which allows us to consider the offered installation as practically brand new! The brewery is in perfect technical and visual condition. Below is the full technical specification of the offered brewery:

Annual production capacity: 1,100 hl of beer
1. Two-vessel brewhouse, 5.5 hl, stainless steel, A-frame design with Salm Brewmatic 02 computer control system – 1 unit.
2. Copper cladding on the mash tun and lauter tun’s cylindrical sections.
3. Stainless steel brewhouse platforms – 2 units.
4. External wort boiling kettle with atmospheric gas burner, powered by natural gas or propane – 1 unit.
5. Vapour condenser for brewhouse, mash, and lauter tuns, stainless steel, with built-in injection condenser and fan for odorless operation and DMS removal – 1 unit.
6. Two-roller malt mill – 1 unit.
7. Wort cooler – 1 unit.
8. Mains water chiller (for water above 10°C) – 1 unit.
9. Whirlpool – 1 unit.
10. Mobile beer pump – 1 unit.
11. Wort aeration system – 1 unit.
12. Oil-free air compressor – 1 unit.
13. Glycol cooling system – 1 unit.
14. Hot water tank, stainless steel, double-walled with PU insulation – 1 unit.

16. UNI tanks, 11 hl, double-walled, 100 mm PU-insulated, built-in cooling jackets, stainless steel 1.4301, 1.0 bar, built-in CIP – 6 units.
17. TÜV certification for the above 6 UNI tanks, with a nameplate on each.
18. Serving tank for finished beer, 3.0 bar, capacity 10 hl, stainless steel 1.4301, PU foam insulated, water-jacketed, horizontal on a frame – 4 units.
19. Electronic temperature control for each UNI and serving tank – 10 units.
20. Control cable with protective hose and screw connection for each UNI and serving tank – 10 units.
21. Full set of piping and fittings for installation on a single surface – 1 set.
22. Set including 1 beer hose (22 m) with fittings and a mini-laboratory.

The brewery has a type approval from the Central Office of Measures in Warsaw.
On request, we can arrange transportation of the brewery from Bucharest to any country of your choice and handle installation.
