Dedusting system with pre-chamber separator specially developed for aggressive sandblasting dusts, complete
essentially consisting of:
a) 1 cartridge dry filter, type PF 1.16.B250 15,000m³ (other sizes available)
each consisting of a stable, vacuum-tight 3 mm sheet steel housing, divided into the raw gas compartment with filter cartridges and clean gas compartment with filter cleaning by means of compressed air, each with separate maintenance doors that are easy to open.
Dust collection hopper with slotted valve for dust disposal using big bags.
Solenoid valve control with differential pressure display for optimum adjustment of the 16 filter cartridges - cleaning.
