This OTT veneer press from the Junior series, model 2512, with 6 pressure cylinders, is a classic hydraulic heated platen press for carpentry and woodworking.
It has been completely overhauled by the Ott factory.
6 hydraulic pressure cylinders ensure extremely even pressure distribution over the entire surface, which is particularly important for demanding veneer work to prevent bonding errors.
The use of 6 cylinders (instead of the often standard 4 cylinders for this length) minimizes the deflection of the press plates. This also allows for the pressing of smaller workpieces with high specific pressure without the plates warping.

It is equipped with electric aluminum heating plates (gold anodized).
