The line is consisting of different producer :
It is 2 layer , PE 100, pressure pipe production :
1. Three extruders (inner, outer layer and stripes) with automatic material loaders.
Outer layer: LIANSU LSS 65/35, Main extruder , 350 kg/h,2018 Y
Inner layer: LIANSU LSS 45/30, Co –extruder, max 40 kg/h, 2018 Y
Stripes: co extruder


2. Extrusion die head complete with all necessary tools, die adaptors, heaters, for all dimensions 20-125mm. Lamellar calibrators up to Ø90mm, SDR 26, 17, 11, and with combinations can be produced SDR 9 and 7.4. Compete list with all tools (in attachments).
3. Vacuum tank, Periplast, year 2001, 6m length, with water-spey nozzles for cooling.
4. Additional cooling chamber, 6m length, Periplast , year 2001.
5. Unit for permanent and long term readable thermal marking, GNATA FILIPPO, Italy, type MAC 140/CCRC/AT-2.
