PUMP AND VALVE ASSEMBLY FROM A WOOD TREATMENT AUTOCLAVE

For sale, a complete pump assembly originating from an industrial wood treatment plant using an autoclave.

The set was used in a vacuum-pressure wood treatment plant.

The assembly includes, among other things:

- a large industrial pump with an electric motor,
- an additional vertical pump,
- process tanks,
- an extensive piping system,
- flanged valves,
- pneumatically controlled valves,
- automation and control elements,
- sensors and measuring equipment,
- a steel support frame.

The entire assembly is a component of the technological installation of the autoclave for wood treatment.

This type of system is used to carry out the individual stages of the impregnation process, including vacuum creation, transport of the impregnating agent, and the pressure phase. In industrial impregnation plants, separate vacuum pumps, pressure pumps, and circulation/transfer pumps are used.

The components bear markings indicating the manufacturers of the individual parts, including Sulzer and Actreg/Actreg Valves.

Used, industrial condition. Visible signs of use, wear on the paint coating, and localized surface corrosion.
