Automated packaging line designed for packing products into display cartons and plastic E2 containers. The machine is brand new (post-production testing completed).

Operating Description:

- Automatically picks, glues, and forms cartons, placing them onto a conveyor.
- Products are identified by a Keyence vision system on the infeed conveyor.
- An advanced line-tracking system calculates the precise pick location for one of the three FANUC M3IA6S delta robots.
- Robots equipped with vacuum grippers accurately place products into cartons, automatically queuing them.
- A FANUC LRM200ID (6-axis robot) automatically places lids onto cartons.
- The completed carton is sealed by a Nordson system and exits the machine.
- Quick, fully automatic changeover to E2 plastic containers (changeover time under 1 minute).

- Carton forming: 6–7 pcs/min
- Product packing rate: 100–110 packs/min (carton or E2)
- Changeover between carton types: under 5 min (with operator)
- Changeover carton ↔ E2: under 1 min (fully automatic)
