The minimum order quantity is 8 stations, with the price per station being €4,000. The stations are new.

The line consists of stations for profiling shafts with a diameter of 50 mm and an 8 mm keyway. Material feed thickness ranges from 0.4–2.5 mm, with a strip width of 320 mm.

There are 8 stations per table, driven by a 15 kW motor with a reduction gearbox.

Four sets of stations are mounted on robust steel beams measuring 45 x 700 x 1,500 mm. This allows for quick changing of rollers fitted with various spare modules for finished profiling station segments.

This configuration includes two table segments with 8 stations each, providing a total of 16 profiling stations.

The specified price applies per set of stations on a given table.

These tables can be configured and assembled according to the required profile—e.g., with 8, 16, 24, or 32 stations.

The table features a strip guide and a turk's head, a straightening head, and a profile output device before the guillotine shear, a flying saw, or a fixed take-off table.

We offer various configurations of such solutions for these tables. By exchanging the shafts, we can achieve a maximum input width of 550 mm.
