Used High-Temperature Vacuum Furnace PVA TePla COV 733 RS

Furnace chamber made entirely of stainless steel, with double walls for water cooling. Horizontal design for easy loading and unloading, and good accessibility for maintenance and servicing.
Internal graphite box for precise control of process gases. Equipped with post-cleaned graphite components. Automatic control of the entire process sequence.

Usable batch chamber (Width x Height x Length): 840 x 815 x 1000 mm.
Total length of the graphite box: approx. 1100 mm.
Maximum operating temperature under partial pressure: 1500 °C.
Under vacuum: 1700 °C.
