Discover the advanced F200 XL finishing machine.

All products ranging in size from a one-euro coin up to 200 mm wide can be processed on this powerful compact unit. Burrs and imperfections are removed at the infeed side by a grinding unit, resulting in a smooth, burr-free surface. This is followed by two oscillating combination brushes applying light pressure. The brushes ensure uniform edge rounding of all sides and holes, both around and within the flat-ground product, leading to optimal finishing quality.

The F200 XL offers features such as automatic brush calibration to guarantee consistent precision, full ERP control, and seamless integration into automated production environments. In short, it is a finishing machine fully prepared for the future!
