The used QUASER MV 204 CV vertical machining center is a medium-to-large-sized CNC machine with a cast iron structure, featuring 4 sliding guides (roller type) for the table. It has travels of X 1270, Y 700, and Z 610 mm, a table size of 1400×700 mm, and a maximum load capacity of 1,800 kg.

It is equipped with a BT40 spindle operating at 12,000 rpm (max. 15 kW), cooled by a dedicated chiller. High-pressure coolant is supplied through the spindle. It features a RANDOM tool changer with a 30-position exchange arm, RENISHAW TS27 tool presetter, and a chip conveyor for chip evacuation.

Year of manufacture: July 2010 (installed in 2012). It includes a FANUC 21i-MB CNC control with manual guide i, card port, serial RS 232 connection, and Ethernet network.
