The EasyFormer RAS 12.35 is an intelligent beading machine with AutoTeach, which learns from you and thus delivers repeatably accurate beads and flanges. Three operating modes – manual, learning, and automatic – shorten your setup time and provide consistent results from single parts to series production. Using the 7" touch control panel, you can save up to 20 standard programs, including roller set, stop plate, stop position, and tube diameter. For non-rotating beads, the rollers reach their turning point with high precision, either forward or backward; the continuous or incremental feed of the upper roller delivers top results with both thin and thick sheets. With a 63 mm roller center distance, a 255 mm overhang, and a capacity of up to 1.75 mm (400 N/mm²), you can cover a wide range of applications. Two speed ranges give you full control: a fast range of 0–28 m/min up to a sheet thickness of 1.25 mm, as well as an adjustable range of 0–x m/min for sensitive or more forceful forming. You control the stepless speed with soft start using a foot switch, and the mm/inch switch simplifies international measurements. The unique UnLock safety function opens the upper roller in a flash – even in the event of an electrical overload; in addition, a mechanical release is available as an emergency backup. The sensitive adjustment of the lower shaft is carried out centrally via a lever and scale with a clamping mechanism, and new employees can quickly become productive thanks to the short training time.
