This is a combi-steamer from the premium manufacturer Rational, model CM 101, electric version. The combi-steamer accommodates 10 x 1/1 GN trays and features five operating modes. The unit has been overhauled in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.

The base stand shown in the pictures is not included in the offer but can be purchased as an optional extra.
