This is an SCC 61 WE BakingLine combi-steamer in an electric version, manufactured by the premium brand Rational, built in 2018.

The unit has been completely overhauled and inspected in our in-house workshop. The combi-steamer is fully functional.

The base shown in the picture is not included in the offer, but a suitable BakingLine base for 60x40 trays can be offered at an additional cost.

In automatic mode, the unit automatically recognizes the ideal cooking path, the size of the food, the quantity to be cooked, and the product-specific requirements for 7 applications (meat, fish, poultry, side dishes, egg dishes, baked goods, and finishing).
