This UltraVent hood features patented condensation technology, capturing and discharging fumes and vapors. No elaborate exhaust air ductwork is required. There is no need for an external vent connection. Installation is simple and can be carried out at any time, even retrospectively. Ideal for use in small kitchens, sales areas in butcher shops, bakeries, snack bars, and catering services.
