This Rational UltraVent hood for Rational combi steamers, including connection kit, is compatible with CMP, SCC 61/101 electric combi steamers from model year 2011 to present (Index H+I). The hood has been inspected in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.

This UltraVent hood features patented condensation technology which captures and channels vapors and fumes, eliminating the need for elaborate exhaust installation. No external connection is required. Installation is simple and can even be done retrospectively.
