Remarks:
The machine has been completely overhauled, the machine body thoroughly reconditioned. The following wear parts have been replaced:
- New trapezoidal spindles and spindle nuts made from cast, wear-resistant bronze
- All bearings and seals replaced
The coolant system (pump, check valve, and drain valve) including coolant/lubricant swing system is new
- Coolant supply is controlled via a solenoid valve, which can be switched over by the swing system
- The drawbridge as well as the clamping jaws and rack segments are new
- A deactivatable clamping jaw detection system has been installed (additional safety for operator & to prevent tool breakage)
- A safety door with interlock, signal display, and door lock
- The tool length adjustment system has been relocated outside the machine compartment
- Additional end-position limit switches have been installed
- Complete new electrical system (control cabinet)
- No PLC installed, machine is electrically maintenance-friendly
- New drive motor (SEW Germany) with brake
- The machine has been freshly painted with 2-component structural paint

General
The dual spindle drive ensures smooth, centralized pulling force and consistent broaching speed (broaching speed selectable: 3 m/min or 6 m/min).
By design, the machine is quick and simple to set up for broaching with flat broaching tools for keyway cutting.
Thanks to the universally constructed design of the drawbridge and machine table, operation with both profile and flat broaching tools is possible without the need for additional drawheads.
