Overview

This Represa LAGUI 3.2 is an automatic rotary labeling machine for self-adhesive labels on cylindrical bottles, built in 2016 by the Spanish manufacturer Represa Construcciones Mecánicas. It has been used for wine bottling and is configured with three labeling heads for front label, back label and tax strip stamp on 75 cl and 150 cl wine bottles.

The bottles are spaced by an infeed screw, transferred by starwheels onto rotating bottle plates and labeled in sequence by the three heads; each head is adjustable in height, angle and travel. Bottle height is set automatically from the touch panel, and up to 30 formats (bottle heights and label sets) can be stored and recalled for fast changeovers.
