Production capabilities and applications
This automatic edging machine centralizes the complete finishing of quilts into a single operation. In practice, on your production line, you move from the quilted panel to the finished product without multiple handling steps between workstations.

You can process white or colored quilts in various formats, with few intermediate adjustments. What truly changes in production is the consistent pace and the reduction in handling, which minimizes edging defects.

Automated bias tape application system
This machine is equipped with 2 MAR180059 devices dedicated to bias tape application. The bias tape is guided consistently thanks to the compensated foot-driven system, which ensures secure stitching on the varying thicknesses of a quilt.
