Machine Description
The system offered is an adaptive, robot-assisted laser welding cell designed for high-precision machining of large-format metal components. The cell is based on a modular machine platform and is engineered for demanding industrial applications in both additive and subtractive laser processing.
This system is specially designed for the processing of rotationally symmetrical workpieces as well as complex welding, repair, and build-up operations on large metal parts. - Large-format, enclosed laser cell with safety housing
- Robot-guided laser welding system with high payload and extended reach
- Integrated rotary positioner for continuous 360° workpiece processing
- Engineered for heavy workpieces (several tonnes in weight, depending on configuration)
- Ergonomic loading and unloading via large access doors
Laser & Process Equipment
- High-performance laser welding head for precise welding and build-up applications
- Supports additive processes (e.g., cladding, repair welding)
