Compact precision CNC rotary table, suitable for single part or small series production in precision engineering. A horizontal or vertical setup is possible. You can't buy better quality! - Made in Germany - It is suitable as a 4th axis on engraving and milling machines for engraving, lasering, drilling, grooving, milling or for use on a tool or surface grinding machine. Square, hexagonal, gear milling of any pitch or 3D machining is possible. Precision worm gear with a reduction ratio of 100:1. Output torque well over 25 Nm. The drive is via a controlled stepper motor of 1.8 degrees with 3.2A with a holding torque of 1.2 Nm. The worm and worm wheel are manufactured in-house, guaranteeing the highest setting precision. The pair is mounted on four ball bearings and set to be free of play, and is also adjustable.
The one-piece, stable output spindle is fitted with a face plate d=108 mm with an internal taper MK 1 and a through hole 10.3 , (optional M12 internal thread).
The electronic control as a handy module with 14 travel programs and 2 reference point travels as well as step monitoring with power supply is included in the package.
The optimized pre-programming takes place in 360 (for milling operation), 180, 120, 90, 72, 60, 45, 36, 30, 20, 10, 5, 1, 0.02 incremental rotary cycles, right and left travel and cycle pauses are of course programmable.

You can also now use a start pulse to travel through several different travel angles one after the other - e.g. incrementally 30 degrees, then 3 degrees, then 90 degrees, then 1.45 degrees
with or without a break or turn back again.

Ideal for Hermle, Chiron, DMG Mori, Maho, Deckel FP1, G1, Jung, Mikron or Gravograph.

NEW: As an additional option, all 16 travel steps as well as start and ref. commands can now be remotely controlled by your NC control using M functions.
