Oscillating screen ASM series

S&F oscillating screens and horizontal screens are used in many areas of the wood processing industry (sawmills, pelleting plants). Screening machines of the "ASM" series screen wood chips, wood pellets, sawdust and sawdust, waste wood, biomass and many other sawmill by-products in dry and wet applications.

The material-protecting, horizontal-circular screening movement of the inclined screen box ensures a high separation efficiency of the vibrating screen. One advantage of the screening machine is that long and fibrous particles glide diagonally to tangentially over the screening surface. This means that - in contrast to throw screens - no jamming or plugging grain occurs. Further advantages are the robust design, the high screening capacity and the long, low-maintenance running time of the screening machine.

In addition to standard dimensions, the company also supplies the "ASM" series as a "customising solution" in a split design for existing plants. This makes it possible to use new screening machines in cramped and difficult-to-access spaces in existing plants or sawmills.

Screening machines of the "ASM" series offer screen sizes from 0.5 to 15 m² (per screen deck) and are characterised by a high screening capacity (up to 350 m³/h - depending on the material).
