SACOME Industrial Juice Processing Line – Stainless Steel

SACOME industrial line for the processing and treatment of juices, nectars, and liquid beverages, designed to integrate different operations for the preparation, circulation, and thermal treatment of the product within a continuous system.

The unit incorporates process tanks, heat exchangers, sanitary pumps, piping, valves, and instrumentation, mounted on a common stainless-steel structure with an upper access platform.

The system allows the product to be conditioned under controlled parameters before being sent to the next stages of production or packaging.

PROCESS

The previously prepared product is introduced into the SACOME line and circulates via sanitary pumps through the different process equipment.

The heat exchange system allows the product to be heated indirectly, keeping the product and the service fluid separate. Depending on the operating configuration, different stages of heating, thermal maintenance, and subsequent cooling can be performed.

The temperature control and installed instrumentation allow the established conditions to be maintained during the treatment. The product that does not reach the required parameters can, depending on the circuit configuration, be recirculated to go through the process again.

Once treated, the product can be sent to a storage tank, homogenizer, or directly to the corresponding filling line.

Especially suitable for manufacturers of juices, nectars, fruit beverages, and other liquid food products that require an industrial system for thermal treatment and product conditioning.
