Complete Pellet Production Line

The heart of the pellet plant is the Salmatec Maxima 500 pellet mill, featuring a throughput capacity of 2 tons per hour.

The plant includes:

1) Drying Section:
- Belt dryer
- Dosing hopper and screw conveyors with hot water up to 105°C

2) Milling Section:
- Rematec dry hammer mill with a throughput capacity of 3.5 tons per hour
- Dosing hopper
- Screw conveyor

3) Pelletizing Section:
- SALMATEC Maxima 500 with 2x75 kW motors, throughput capacity 2 t/h
- 9 m³ dry sawdust silo
- Conditioner with water dosing system
- Screw conveyors

4) Cooled Pellet Storage:
- 2 silos for cooled pellets – total storage capacity 12 tons of wood pellets
- Belt conveyor
- Vibrating sifter

5) Packaging Line:
- VAI vertical open-mouth bagging machine with a throughput of 5 t/h
- Belt conveyor
- Vibrating sifter

6) Palletizing:
- ABB robotic palletizer with 6 pallet stations

7) Electrical Cabinet:
- Main electrical cabinet with conditioner
- Wiring cables
- PLC control system

8) Optional Equipment Offered:
Ncjdpoy D Sr Tsfx Amzjr
- Biomass boiler for hot water up to 95°C, with a power capacity of up to 1 MW
- Secondary heating circuit with plate heat exchanger and PLC control cabinet

The pellet plant is currently in operation. Inspection and testing can be arranged during working days. The plant is fully automated, all equipment is interconnected and operated by a single person.
