For sale due to business closure: SCM Pratix 48 NST CNC machining center with a fixed table (year 2004), ideal for nesting, drilling, and milling of panels, solid wood, and plastic materials.

The machine is in excellent condition and has been meticulously maintained. It is currently powered on in our warehouse in Aosta and is available for any testing.
A major advantage: the machine comes with an updated certificate of conformity, certified by a specialist technician (a service recently quoted at €2,000). The buyer faces no regulatory risks; the machine is safe and ready for immediate integration into production.

Work table: Multifunctional extruded aluminum table (Nesting) with vacuum holes (120 mm pitch) and grooves (40 mm pitch).

Main electrospindle: SCM Power 2000, 7.5 kW (10 Hp) with HSK 63 connection. Power consumption: 50 A, 400 V.

Drilling unit F9: 5 independent vertical spindles + 4 horizontal spindles.

Original SCM angular head (2.9 kW, max 9000 rpm): essential for horizontal machining (e.g., drilling holes for locks, hinges, door machining).

Extensive set of OMAS carbide milling cutters, custom-made, complete with HSK 63F tapers and ER32 collets (we also provide the original OMAS technical drawings from 2004/2005).

"Modulset" system (H=20 mm): a series of modular components for easy lifting and machining of parts with complex shapes.

PRICE AND CONDITIONS:
Asking price: €13,000 + VAT.
This is a guaranteed bargain, fully justified by the included equipment (new value of the package approximately €68,000, demonstrable by the original SCM purchase offer that we will provide) and the included certificate of conformity. Price is non-negotiable.

Dismantling, loading, and transportation (EXW - Free Carrier conditions) are the sole responsibility and cost of the buyer. The machinery is located in Aosta.
