WPS-1000 Eddy Current Separator with Magnetic Separator and Vibrating Table

We offer a complete set for the separation of ferrous and non-ferrous metals from bulk materials, designed for professional installations and recycling lines.

The set consists of:

WPS-1000 eddy current separator,
vibrating table,
belt-type magnetic separator with a magnetic drum.

The system enables uniform material feeding, removal of ferrous metals, and subsequent separation of non-ferrous metals, such as aluminum, copper, and brass.

WPS-1000 Eddy Current Separator

The separator is designed for the automatic separation of non-ferrous metals from a material stream transported on a belt.

A high-speed rotor equipped with NdFeB magnets generates a variable magnetic field. The eddy currents generated in the non-ferrous metals cause them to be rejected from their natural trajectory, separating them from the remaining material.

Vibrating Table + Magnetic Separator

The vibrating table is responsible for the uniform distribution of the material before further separation. Then, the material is fed onto a conveyor equipped with a powerful magnetic drum, which removes ferrous metals before the material is fed into the WPS-1000.

Application

The set can be used, among other things, for processing:

mixed scrap,
electrical and electronic waste,
plastics containing metals,

fractions after shredding,

Separation process:

vibrating table → separation of ferrous metals → eddy current separator → separation of non-ferrous metals.

The devices can operate as a complete set or be integrated into an existing technological line.
