The pneumatic self-centering chuck enables quick and efficient clamping. The lightweight, low-inertia design supports high rotational speeds, reduces energy consumption, and lowers operating costs. The integrated chuck cover protects against dust and cutting debris, increasing reliability in continuous operation.

The follow-up support system supports long tubes during processing, reducing accuracy losses due to bending. The machine bed consists of welded rectangular tubes and is stress-relieved and precisely machined. This achieves high stiffness, low vibration, and a long service life.

The FSCUT 3000DE-G CNC system was specially developed for tube laser cutting. It supports real-time compensation of the tube center deviation, automatic loading and unloading, follow-up support function, a tube process library, TubePro cutting software, and professional TubesT nesting software.
