For sale is a fully functional hydraulic thread rolling machine from the Spanish manufacturer SENY, model D-75-B, with a maximum rolling force of 220 kN.

Due to operational changes, the machine has been taken out of service and is no longer in productive use. However, it is still operational and can be inspected and demonstrated under power after prior appointment.

The machine is designed for chip-free cold forming of external threads, as well as for knurling and profile rolling operations.

The thread rolling process enables the production of high-strength threads with very good surface quality, without removing material.
