Roll forming machines are designed to make sheet metal into straight formed shapes. The roll forming process takes a continuous flat sheet of metal and power feeds it through a successive series of Hardened Steel Rollers, which station by station shape the metal into a finished shape as it passes through them.

We supply the Roll Forming Line to produce all steel profiles of solar panels including the brackets. The dimensions of the profiles are varies depending on the solar panel sizes. Our roll forming line is quite flexible and it is capable to produce all sizes without making any mechanical adjustment.

All parts of the Roll Forming Line are manufactured in our facility from A to Z. Starting from the Decoiler (Uncoiler), Straightener and Coil Loading Car, up to the Servo Feeder, Press, Roll Forming Machine, Fly Shear and Stacking Unit can be controlled from one point. The system is controlled by PLC system, set in the customer language.
