ORBIBEND, the mobile orbital cutting system, surpasses standard planetary cutters and marks a new step in the evolution of tube bending machines. (Simat Patent).
A MOBILE ORBITAL CUTTING unit capable of grooving the tube (Simat Patent):
End-of-curve cutting: tube cutting at the curve's end, eliminating the need for subsequent trimmings on short ends.

ORBIBEND can be paired with a tube former from the MACH series; this allows you not only to bend and cut but also to shape, reduce, flange, bead, end-form, and roll tube ends. Additionally, the machines can be interfaced with a robot for operations on both ends of the tube.
