A comprehensive range for heating bearings up to 1,200 kg, 20 kVA

The SKF TIH L series induction heaters are characterized by high heating capacity and large dimensions. They are an extension of the TIH series, designed specifically for heating larger bearings. All heaters are equipped with sliding yokes, two induction coils, and state-of-the-art power electronics. The frame of the heater allows easy transportation by forklift. The primary differences among the TIH L series models are their heating power and application range.

The power control feature allows precise adjustment of the temperature ramp-up rate.
With a power requirement of 20 kVA, the TIH L series units can heat even large bearings with a maximum weight of 1,200 kg.
Automatic demagnetization reduces the risk of contamination from metallic particles or abrasion after heating.

An overheating protection system minimizes the risk of damage to the induction coils and electronics, improving reliability and safety.
Available with three operating modes.
The devices are available for the three most common international operating voltages.
