Automatic machine for the production of PVC tarpaulin covers for tent halls – sold for spare parts.

Italian-made welder for tarpaulins by SolarEdge Automation Machines, manufactured in 2021. The machine has seen limited use for manufacturing PVC covers for tent structures.

Machine specifications:
- Material: PVC with a weight of 450 g/m2
- Material specifications: max. width – 3250 mm, min. width – 285 mm, max. roll weight – 1000 kg, max. external diameter – 600 mm
- PVC or PE keder rope with a diameter of 4/5/7 mm
- Minimum product length: 1500 mm
- Minimum finished product width: 800 mm
- Power supply: 400V

The machine welds together the surfaces of two material rolls, cuts them to the required width, and thermal-bonds the keder cord to the edges of the material.

The machine consists of:
- 2 material feeders with automatic material position adjustment
- Knives for cutting material to required width
- Welding module for joining two pieces of material
- Modules for fusing the keder tape to the material edges
- Module for feeding and welding the keder cord with automatic tension control
- Encoder for product length control
- Knife for cutting the product to the set length

Welding is performed with high-performance Leister hot air heaters.
