Sonstige/Other Gasparin Backenbrecher GI86C VULCANO

Mobile jaw crusher on tracked chassis

The VULCANO crusher is the most modern and compact machine in its category, weighing 25 tons and representing the latest generation.
The feed hopper, with road-legal loading dimensions and the option to fold down the conveyor belt, enabling transport even on trailers, makes it versatile for transport and just as quick to set up.

From arrival at the construction site to the moment the crushing process begins, only the time required for warm-up is needed. Equipped with state-of-the-art control and operating systems, it is simple and user-friendly, and also environmentally friendly.

The HCS control system (Hydraulic Crushing System) actively supports the automatic operation of the machine, guaranteeing the highest profitability in terms of maintenance costs and productivity, making it unparalleled.

The structural reinforcement between the frame and the crusher gives the machine the highest robustness against stresses.
The special design of the supporting structure guarantees excellent access to all machine parts during maintenance operations. The GI CRUSHER VULCANO certainly offers convincing and unparalleled performance both in natural stone applications and in recycling, as well as for rental purposes.
