Grinding Machine STANKO 3A662

The STANKO 3A662 is a semi-automatic tool grinding machine designed for precision sharpening of worm milling cutters and gear cutting tools. Manufactured in the former USSR, this machine is known for its robust mechanical design, reliability, and long service life in industrial environments.

The machine is capable of sharpening cutters with a maximum diameter of up to 200 mm and a maximum cutter length of approximately 280 mm. Grinding is performed using abrasive or diamond grinding wheels with diameters from 200 to 250 mm, allowing flexibility for different sharpening operations.

The grinding slide provides a maximum stroke of 400 mm, with adjustable feed speeds depending on the spiral pitch of the cutter. The grinding head can be swiveled up to ±45°, enabling the sharpening of cutters with different helix angles. The grinding spindle operates at discrete speeds of 1500, 1900, 2100, and 2600 rpm and is powered by a 1.5 kW motor.

The machine operates on three-phase AC power (220/380 V, 50 Hz). With an overall machine weight of approximately 2600 kg (up to 3730 kg including accessories), the rigid cast-iron construction ensures excellent stability and vibration damping during operation.
