This multifunctional vacuum tumbler is suitable for tumbling, marinating, mixing, maturing, and seasoning products. It is particularly well suited for marinating meat, fish, and poultry. The vacuum tumbler is constructed entirely from stainless steel. The drum is equipped with a scraper that ensures fast and uniform mixing of the product. Two swivel castors allow for easy movement of the machine. The tumbler can be manually tilted, facilitating both loading and unloading of the product. The intuitive Aditec MRA 450 touch-button control system is easy to program. Its hygienic and ergonomic design enables quick and efficient cleaning. This machine is ideal for small to medium-sized production operations.
