Stoiber GmbH StoNail 3000

The StoNail 3000 is an automated portal nailing machine for the efficient production of pallets and boxes. With up to twelve nailing units, two work areas, and four clamping stations, it offers high throughput with reduced setup time. The nailing units, which are controlled in groups, are manually adjusted to the pallets to be produced and automatically moved via the central portal. A 7-inch touch display, extensive safety features, and options such as central height adjustment, robotic stacking, or remote maintenance make the StoNail 3000 a reliable solution for companies that want to efficiently produce pallets with regular nailing patterns.

Nailing table with nail bridge:
Robust frame construction with a 70° inclination angle for ergonomic operation
Machine length: approx. 8500 mm
Work area (L x H):
1 pallet: max. 6000 x 1700 mm or
2 pallets: max. 2500 x 1700 mm
Option: Extension or shortening of the machine frame by 2000 mm or according to customer requirements
Modular pallet stop system for inserting the loose wood and blocks:
Parallel adjustable double C-rails
Manually adjustable stops for bottom rails, crossbars, and top boards
Rivet plates can be used at all positions
Stringer prefabrication
Option: Equipment with laminated wood panels for custom templates
Frequency-controlled nail bridge for positioning the nailing units

Equipped with 8 nailing units incl. feed cylinder, nailing unit holder, release, and nailing shoes for limiting the insertion depth
Manual quick adjustment of the nailing units depending on the pallet format
Collision monitoring: The movement of the feed cylinder is constantly monitored
Start button located directly on the nail bridge

Nailing units:
Uniform nailing unit holder for large and small nail guns
Maximum nail length: 90 mm (longer nails available upon request)
Option: Equipment of the nail guns with Maxi-Coil magazines for up to 1000 nails
Programming:
Simple, intuitive programming. The machine takes over part of the programming and performs a learning cycle before the first program start to automatically detect the nail positions.

Touch panel for operating the machine
Pallet programming directly on the control panel
Storage of the created pallet programs
Pallet counter
Nail counter: The machine stops as soon as the nails are used up
Internet connection for remote maintenance
Operating language available in German, English, Czech, and Taiwanese

Safety equipment:
Emergency stop button on the machine and on the control panel
Start emergency stop on the nail bridge
Spring-return emergency stop on the nail bridge
Option: Safety foot mats for person detection
