Patented TSR system (automatic tolerance compensation): Play-free pre-tension completely eliminates the natural axis play and counteracts wear in the long term.

Programmable mini-abrasive container: Precisely controllable metering quantity including corner metering. Guarantees perfect cutting edges with noticeable abrasive savings (including anti-blocking sensor and easy cleaning).

Intelligent laser height scanner: Before the cutting process begins, the machining path is scanned, and the surface data is loaded directly into the control system. The cutting nozzle follows the curve fully automatically during cutting.

Precision cutting head: Highly precise 5-axis cutting head for compensating the cutting taper and for demanding bevel cuts.

Maximum protection & comfort: Integrated automatic splash guard and the option for low-noise and low-splash underwater cutting.

Each system is fully measured and calibrated using a Renishaw laser interferometer before delivery.
