Double-column hydraulic press equipped with two side cylinders connected by a platen for the pre-pressing and pressing of rotors and stators, and a central cylinder for the extraction of the mandrel and fitting of the rotor shaft, as well as shaft removal during repair operations. Features a retractable table for stacking and handling rotors and stators.

MAIN CYLINDERS 150 t

- 2 hydraulic cylinders of 75 t each, with a stroke of 750 mm, joined by a slotted platen with a central bore of 250 mm diameter.
- Maximum usable height between cylinder platens: 1,300 mm.
- Minimum usable height between cylinder platens: 550 mm.

EXTRACTION CYLINDER

- 1 central cylinder of 80 t, with a 1,200 mm stroke.
- Prepared to fit an extraction clamp; rod end threaded M 35 x 1.50 pitch, 40 mm length.

- Maximum usable height of extraction cylinder: 1,300 mm to the root of the rod thread.
- Minimum usable height of extraction cylinder: 100 mm to the root of the rod thread.

TABLE AND STRUCTURE

- Mechanically movable slotted table, 1,200 x 800 mm, with a 600 mm stroke, fitted with a worm gear reducer and 0.5 HP electric motor with brake.
- Central bore on the table: 250 mm diameter; max. depth 550 mm.
- Effective lifting capacity of the table for movement: 4 t.
- Table traverse speed: 2,600 mm/min.
- Internal front width: 1,250 mm.
- Working height: 600 mm.

HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT

- Two-speed hydraulic unit, 5.5 HP, with automatic disengagement of rapid speed and independent speeds. Maximum pressure: 250 bar.
- Digital control for maximum force during pre-pressing, pressing, and fitting; digital tonnage display. Pressure adjustment system via proportional valves.
- Selector for approach and measuring speeds.
