- 4 filling nozzles made of 316 stainless steel.
- Equipped with 3-way valves.
- Electro-pneumatic container stop system.
- 3000 mm hinged conveyor with 86 mm thermoplastic chain.
- Safety enclosure made of transparent polycarbonate, all operations controlled by an electro-pneumatic control panel with display for timing, stops, dosing, and integrated frequency inverters.
- Includes a servo motor that drives all 4 pistons.
- Minimum distance between containers: 45 mm.
- Dosing piston diameter: 50 mm.
- Belt speed and filling speed adjustable from the electric panel via electronic inverters.
- Output: 20–25 containers/minute depending on container format; equivalent to 1200–1500 liters/hour.
