TOSA 120

A fully automatic stretch film machine/stretch film line from the renowned manufacturer TOSA is now available.

The machine is delivered complete with conveyor systems and is specially equipped for handling extra-large pallets. The system is designed in a U-shaped layout with recessed tracks at floor level, which allows for smooth loading and unloading using, for example, a hand truck or a stand-on stacker. Subsequently, the pallet is lifted and integrated into the rest of the conveyor system within the line.

This solution is particularly well-suited for warehouse and logistics operations with high demands for flexibility and reliability. The rotating arm, in combination with several selectable wrapping programs, ensures stable and even wrapping of both heavy, light, and unstable pallet loads.
