Vertical broaching machine Type SRM 2027 - NEW MACHINE:

60 KN version:
The area of application is mainly in the production of keyway grooves from 3-28 mm (but also larger) and profiles with similar dimensions. The compact machine, which takes up little space, can therefore be successfully used in small, medium, and large companies. The low price justifies the purchase even for small series and individual production.
The drive is via a pole-reversible gear brake motor. The maintenance-free double-spindle drive ensures smooth operation and a central pulling point, as well as constant cutting performance. The free tool table allows even large workpieces to be placed without hindrance. In most cases, the workpieces to be broached do not need to be clamped. Stroke adjustment is done via adjustable limit switches with stroke limitation. For short hubs/workpieces, several workpieces can be placed on top of each other.
